How many people can I have onboard?
The maximum number of people on any charter is 6. Strict insurance regulations only allow 6 passengers.
What is provided?
We provide all rod, reels, bait, tackle, ice, and fishing licenses
What should I bring for the fishing trip?
We suggest you bring hat or visor, sunglasses, sunscreen and a light jacket. Also bring any food and drink you will consume during your fishing trip. We will provide coolers and ice for your perishables.
Do you customize trips?
Yes, we do offer customization on the departure times and return times.
Can we request to target a specific species of fish?
Yes. Are you looking for that trophy fish or what to target a specific species? Just mention it to us we can customize any trip. All trips are special to us.
Do you offer shared or split charters?
No, we do not offer shared or split charters – just private charters.
We would rather have a more intimate experience on a private boat, is that possible?
Absolutely, chartering a private boat means it will be your group only on the vessel with the crew. You are not sharing the boat with anyone you do not know. And there’s never a chance that you watch someone else catch that trophy fish.
Should I tip the captain and crew?
Tips are discretionary. But like any service business, it is customary to tip the crew 15 -20% if you received good service.
Can I get my fish mounted?
Yes, just ask your mate and we will take care of the entire process. He can also explain everything to you in detail. What a great way to memorialize your trophy catch.
Do I get to keep the fish I catch?
Yes, the fish your party catches are yours. We will cheerfully fillet or steak your catch for you. Don’t forget to bring a cooler if you plan on taking your fish. Lastly, we do NOT ship fish – you will need to make any shipping arrangements yourself.
